Turm by Amphitaman Turm by Amphitaman
Lil' study inspired by Theo Prins - master of environments and beautiful landscape sketches.

Tried to develop some sense for his composition and scaling, as well as his loose painting style.

Saw the difference between this one, and the one on your blog, must say I like this one a lot better. The tones and the extra blur work great. Lovely!

Haha - thank you, I still try to get some good landscapes out of my mind, but there's so much to learn ;)

I really like your almost graphical approaches the enviroment painings - reminds me of Tom Scholes, but your colour scheme is different. Anyways, they're strong - I can learn much of 'em.

We never stop learning!

And thanks, still so much to learn too though ;)
Guess we can learn from each other then, as I'm a sucker for your work too.

This looks really cool. The loose painting style is really working for you :)

Thank you - true thing, focusing on the mainfeatures of a painting and doing all this in an economic fashion often pays off ;)
